Apply hidden images and themes in windows-7

open windows explorer or my computer.

in the upper search bar copy one of the line and press enter..

C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCT-ZA\Theme
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCTus\Theme
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCT-gb\Theme
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCT-ca\Theme
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCT-au\Theme

and click on folder shown there. and you are done ………!
